Historically there are some people all over the World who migrated themselves into different neighboring countries for reasons like religious, political or to have better livelihood. But when people are being forced to leave a certain country over night only because of they are minority what do you call them for ? Simply they are refugee----refugee for the other country!
Ironically same thin happened in the fate of a group of people who lived in Asam. In the year of 1952 around thousands of families had been migrated from bangladesh to Asam area, which is now one of the Provincial state of the India after partition took place of this sub continent in 1947. Those people mobilized because of savior starvation in Bengal. Basically those people belonged to Muslim community. Around 1940 serious tension arose between two religious groups, Hindu and Muslim. Finally in 1947 this subcontinent divided into two--- India and Pakastan.
The Indian central Government decided to get all Muslim people back from Asam to Pakistan around 1964 blaming that they are spying in favour of Pakistani Government and thrown them across the boarder of East Pakistan. Since then those people had been as refugee.
After 1971 when Bangladesh got freedom from Pakstan those people were sent to refugee camp situated Bawnia bad at Mirpur what is called Marri’s Camp and some other places. Later Bangladesh Government excepts them as the citizen but still are being treated as refugee to the society. Same thing they are facing what are to face for all other refugee every day. Less education, lack of working opportunity, less room for living, no future for their generation, in fact they have been given a refugee status that referees to compel them remaining ever poor and unprivileged part of population. Now they have only broken memories that had left in the past across the boarder.
